Palermo
Palermo is a city in which live more than 855 000 people. The city, which boasts beautiful architecture, is the capital of the province as Palermo, and the autonomous region of Sicily.
The town was founded by the Phoenicians 2, 700 years ago and then became part of the Roman Empire. In the twelfth century, the town was chosen as the capital of the Kingdom of Sicily.
