Mae Ya Waterfall
Mae Ya waterfall is one of the most attractive landmarks, which can be seen in Northern Thailand. There in the wild jungle of Thailand is the National Park Doi Inthanon. Mae Ya waterfall is the biggest, which falls within its borders.
This beautiful area can be reached easily from the village of Chom Thong, which is located only 12 millimeters from Mae Ya Falls on the main highway.
Mae Ya waterfall is the natural pride of Chiang Mai province. Many do believe that Mae is a worthy rival in beauty for the most charming waterfall Thi Lo Su. With its 260 m height Mae Ya waterfall is in the top position among the highest waterfalls in the country.

From the very parking lot, where you can leave your car, a beautiful view of the Upper Falls of the Mae Ya waterfall is present. After the parking, just 600 meters further down the sloping path leads to the water phenomenon.
